Bimecc was founded in Italy in 1987 and has grown to become the largest manufacturer and distributor of automotive wheel fixings in Europe. Bimecc's growth can be attributed to its excellent reputation for customer service, product quality and the benefit of a huge range of products that are always available from stock for rapid delivery. Product Quality: From raw material produced in Italy; Bimecc uses cold forged steel that is tempered in quality class 10.9. Products are zinc plated with 12 micron thickness and zinc nickel or laminar coatings guarantee corrosion resistance up to 700 hours in salt spray tests. Availability; With warehouses in the UK, USA and headquarters in Italy we are able to supply from a massive range exceeding 30 million items. Certification; Bimecc has ISO 9000 and ISO/TS 16949 accreditation.

The Bimecc production process is based on Cold Forged Technology with Multi-stationary machines (Up to 6 matrix) and with automatic machines for the drilling and tapping of wheel nuts. Heat treatment as well as galvanising treatments (Zinc plating, Geomet & Deltaprotekt) are completed using the very latest fully automated equipment and are produced to the Original Equipment standards as is required by the automotive industry.
Quality
Our products are batch controlled which enables full traceability all the way back to the original casting steel. Batch control governs the complete production process through an on field computerised system. The production process index (CPK) guarantees a completely stabilised and repeatable production.
